Price / MOQ | US$3.86–4.35 per piece, 1,000 pieces |
Why this build
This model is specified for continuous duty in warm airstreams: copper has lower resistance than aluminium, so the winding runs cooler and lasts longer under load, and Class H insulation tolerates air up to 80 °C near a condenser compartment or warm coil. The short 120 mm barrel at 2,550 RPM turns that into 75 m³/h of concentrated airflow across a compact coil face — with no capacitor and a 60×16 CCW frame that matches common AC sub-assemblies.
Specifications
Airflow is measured at free discharge and rated voltage; with a grille, filter or heat exchanger in the path, expect a 15–25% reduction.

Ordering: 1,000 pieces for the standard copper-wound build. Aluminium winding lowers the unit price; MOQ remains 1,000 pieces.
Where it fits
Split and window air conditioners — fits the evaporator shroud, 75 m³/h across a short coil section.
Narrow air curtains — short barrel suits door widths where a 300 mm barrel would be oversized.
Condensate and control-box cooling — Class H handles warm, humid air near a condenser.
Compact ventilation units — low cost and small envelope for high-volume production.
Selection and installation
At 75 m³/h this is a concentrated-airflow fan, not a room-air mover — match it to the coil face, not the room volume. For wide discharge across a 300 mm slot, use the 60×300 platform. Suitable for free discharge or short duct runs; for systems above roughly 40 Pa static pressure, step up to a centrifugal blower.
The 60×16 motor frame is wider than the 48 mm impeller, so allow clearance at the motor end. Keep the impeller concentric within 0.5 mm to avoid rubbing at 2,550 RPM.

FAQ
What is a 48×120 cross flow fan used for?
A compact blower for split and window air conditioners, narrow air curtains and control-box cooling. The 120 mm barrel delivers 75 m³/h at 2,550 RPM from a 21 W motor.
Why specify copper winding?
Copper has lower resistance than aluminium, so it runs cooler and lasts longer under continuous load. With Class H insulation, it tolerates airstreams up to 80 °C.
Does it need a capacitor?
No — the shaded pole motor starts and runs directly from 230 V with two leads.
Is 75 m³/h enough for an air conditioner?
For a compact coil section, yes. Match it to the coil face area, not the room volume.
