YKHF-6612
YKFANMOTOR
9 inch table fan, desk fan, office cooling fan
Stator 6612 (customizable)
Aluminum wire (copper/CCA optional)
208-240V, 50Hz
45W
2400 RPM
Small blade, real airflow - 2400 RPM in a nine-inch package.
A 9-inch blade cannot move air the way a 16-inch blade does, so compact fans have to run fast instead. The YKHF-6612 is a 2-pole, 45W motor at 2400 RPM, delivered as an assembly with bracket, oscillation sync motor, hinge and plastic parts - one part number instead of five.
Customization: voltage, stator size, shaft and blade fixing on request.
Applications: 9-inch table fans, desk fans and small office cooling units.
Design: dual shaft, 5-wire 3-speed control.
Speed Where It Counts: 2400 RPM is roughly double a standard table-fan motor, which is what gives a compact fan a usable throw of air.
Dual Shaft: the front shaft drives the blade and the rear shaft drives the oscillation link through a brass bushing, so blade and sweep run from one motor.
An Assembly, Not a Bare Motor: bracket, sync motor, hinge and moulded parts ship as a set, removing inbound part numbers and alignment work.
Vibration Control: flange mounting keeps the shaft axis parallel to the blade plane - essential at twice the usual speed.

Stack length: a longer stack trades a little top speed for torque and lower noise.
Winding: aluminum, copper-clad aluminum or 100% copper.
Shaft and fixing: diameter, thread, nut or circlip to match your blade hub.
Harness and branding: lead length, connector, nameplate and retail gift box.
Q: Does the assembly include the oscillation motor?
A: Yes - the sync motor for head sweep is part of the assembly, together with the bracket, and hinge.
Q: Do I need to add a capacitor?
A: The motor is supplied for capacitor-free or flexible matching. Tell us the circuit on your switch plate and we confirm the value to use.
Q: Is 2400 RPM noisy?
A: Speed amplifies an unbalanced blade, not a good one. Send the blade weight and balance grade - on a balanced blade this motor runs smoothly and quietly.
Building a compact fan range? Send the blade diameter and the target airflow, and we will confirm whether the standard 6612 stack is right or a longer one is needed.
Sourcing a custom fan motor requires more than just comparing unit prices. This ultimate OEM/ODM checklist outlines the 5 key evaluation criteria, 10 vital vetting questions, customization scopes, and practical ways to prevent quality drift for your appliance project.
Wondering why some fan motors fail prematurely while others run reliably for years? Frame size and wattage don't tell the whole story. This guide breaks down the four core components—laminated stators/rotors, copper windings, precision shafts, and high-performance bearings—that dictate true motor lifespan and how B2B buyers can inspect them to prevent costly warranty returns.
Discover how to properly specify high-temperature fan motors for ovens, air fryers, and dehydrators. This engineering guide covers essential rules for matching insulation classes (Class F/H), dual ball bearings, thermal protection, and validation testing to prevent premature heat-related failures.
IntroductionWhen sourcing or designing single-phase AC motors for household appliances—especially residential fans like table fans, standing fans, and wall fans—choosing the right motor type is critical. While both capacitor-start and capacitor-run (Permanent Split Capacitor, or PSC) motors use capac
